Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package? 

You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
